Cute Christmas Cylinder Gift Boxes from K.becca

I am so super excited to finally be able to reveal my new holiday gift box collection! These boxes are sure to add a special touch to all of your holiday gifts and treats, and they’re pretty darn cute, too, if I do say so myself. The collection includes Sparkle the Reindeer, Elvin the Elf, Santa Claus, Elfie the Elf, and Simon the Snowman, all in gift box form. The lids of each lift off to reveal the treats and gifts inside.

As you can probably see, these boxes are not what you’d call a quick and easy project, but much of the assembly process is the same from box to box, so once you get the hang of it, it really speeds up the process. I’d allow about an hour to an hour and a half for the project, from cutting the pieces through assembly.

One of my big recommendations for these boxes is strong adhesive. After several rounds of experimentation, I found that a combination of liquid glue and dry, double-sided adhesive was by far the best. And I highly, highly recommend Scor-Tape for the boxes because 1) it’s strong and holds very well, and 2) it’s easy to place it exactly where you need it, right up to the edge. When you check out the step-by-step assembly tutorials, it looks like I used a ton of Scor-Tape, and I did use quite a bit, but honestly my rolls of tape don’t look like I’ve made much of a dent in them. Each roll has 27 yards, which is a lot of tape and a very good value.

Speaking of assembly tutorials, I’ve put one together for each box, and you can click on any gift box image below to be taken to the corresponding tutorial. I hope that you enjoy these boxes and that they’ll have a place in your stockings or under your Christmas tree this year!
