The colored cardstock letters really make this project and, though it takes a bit more time to attach each letter individually, I think it’s totally worth it. I wanted something with a more masculine feel, so I used a neutral, taupe-y gray patterned background and teal, blue, and green cardstock for “Congrats!”. A hint of Diamond Stickles finish off this simple idea.
Tip: When attaching the letters, use a ruler as a loose guide to keep everything in a straight line. Initially, I attach the first and last letters and then fill in everything in the middle. Press the letters down lightly at first, in case you need to reposition them later.
