      Hi there! They are two totally different mediums! The paint is thicker and can be used with stencils. However, it is very tacky and can ruin art screens if used with them. You can watch the tutorial videos on Heidi's website right here. You can see that the paint is very thick and the art screen is fine and thin. Both dry looking different.
