Here are answers to some of the more frequently asked questions about the k.becca shop. If you have a question that isn’t addressed in this list, please email me for an answer!
What type of printer and/or paper should I use for printable files?
You can use pretty much any paper and printer that you have for printable files. For specialty or artisan papers, where the texture, thickness, or finish may not produce the desired results, be sure to do a test print first. You can find more recommendations in the paper + printing section.
Can I get the printables in custom colors?
Yes, I can customize the colors on any printable to your needs. There is a $25 charge for custom colorization. Please contact me for more information.
Can I use the printables or cutting files as images on my website or on items that I sell in a shop?
No. When you purchase printable or die-cutting files from k.becca, they are for personal use only. If you would like to use images from the printables on websites or merchandise, you can contact me to discuss commercial licensing, or you can purchase my stock illustrations. Read more about licensing, terms and conditions.
How many times can I use the printables and cutting files?
Once you’ve purchased a printable and/or die-cutting file, you can use it as many times as you’d like for personal projects, crafts, parties, and other occasions!
Will I receive a disc or something physical in the mail after my purchase?
All items sold on k.becca are virtual products, so you won’t receive a physical product in the mail. After you’ve completed your purchase, you will be directed to a page where you can download your file(s), and you will also receive an email containing your download links.
